Sackett Services Pty Ltd was established and commenced trading in 1995. Prior to that, chief executive Michael Sackett started as a sole trader in November 1992, with the business supporting a continually growing client base.

Since June 1999, Sackett Services has diversified and expanded its operations to manage full turn-key projects. These include the design, manufacture and installation of commercial electrical and mechanical services, and commercial and residential air conditioning projects.
